  • Handling of all procurement activities on goods and services;
  • Preparing the Yearly Procurement Plan;
  • Serving as Secretariat for PPC and MTB Meetings;
  • Market Surveying;
  • Keeping records of Contractors;
  • Registration of Contractors;
  • Price Indexing;
  • Advising payment after verification by Stores Unit, Internal Audit and Stock Verifier;
  • Advising on management and supervision of maintenance of buildings or any other assignment; and
  • Performing any other duties as may be assigned by the Permanent Secretary/Secretary to the Commission.
